Dharma Realm Buddhist University offers Summer Session at its Ukiah campus in the City of the Ten Thousand Buddhas. DRBU Summer Session emphasizes academic learning uniquely grounded in Buddhist teaching and spiritual practice. Summer Session courses are open to students who wish to deepen their understanding of Buddhist studies and practice, to learn Chinese language and culture, and to refine their English language skills. Our student body includes DRBU undergraduate and graduate students, visiting students from other universities, spiritual practitioners, and members of the monastic community. Summer students residing on campus have the opportunity to participate in a full monastic immersion experience and are welcome to adopt the traditional Buddhist monastic lifestyle and daily schedule.
